禁用浏览器或第三方工具栏的弹出窗口阻止程序
请按照以下说明禁用浏览器或第三方工具栏的弹出窗口阻止程序:
1. Windows操作系统
1.1 Google Chrome 77x及以上版本
在菜单中打开"设置"页面, 点击左边的在"隐私设置和安全性"菜单，在"隐私设置和安全性"分组下，点击"网站设置", 在"内容"项目下，点击"弹出式窗口和重定向"右边的箭头，在打开的页面中，去掉"已阻止(推荐)"选项，变成"允许".
或者，点击"允许"右边的"添加"按钮, 把 http://www.manuscriptcloud.com 和 https://www.manuscriptcloud.com 添加上去。
(1) Click the Google Chrome Settings button with the three dots in the far upper right corner, and select Settings.
(2) Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Advanced link.
(3) Scroll to the Privacy section and click the Site Settings button.
(4) Click the Pop-ups and redirects button.
(5) Under Allow, click Add.
(6) In the field paste/type the link to the site, then click Add.
(7) Close the Settings tab.
1.2 Mozilla Firefox 69x及以上
菜单按钮-->选项
选择左边的"隐私与安全"项目.
在"权限"分组下，去掉"拦截弹出式窗口(B)"前的选择.
或者，点击"拦截弹出式窗口(B)"右边的"例外"按钮，把 http://www.manuscriptcloud.com 和 https://www.manuscriptcloud.com 加入到"网站地址(D)"中,点击"允许"，然后点击"保存更改"。
(1) From the menu button, choose Options.
(2) Select the Privacy & Security panel.
(3) Under Permissions, uncheck the Block pop-up windows box.
Alternatively, you can leave this box checked and click the Exceptions... button. Add the relevant ScholarOne URLs you would like to access pop-ups.
1.3 IE 9,10,11 【不推荐使用IE系列浏览器】
菜单栏 --> 工具 ->Internet选项.
隐私页签: 去掉"启用弹出窗口阻止程序"前的选择，点击"确定"按钮.
或者, 您可以在"启用弹出窗口阻止程序"的"设置"页面，把 http://www.manuscriptcloud.com 和 https://www.manuscriptcloud.com 加入到"要允许的网站地址(W)"中。
(1) From the menu bar, select Tools->Internet Options.
(2) Click the Privacy tab, and uncheck the Turn on Pop-up Blocker check box.
(3) Click OK to save the change.
Alternatively, you can add exceptions to the blocker if you would like to allow pop-ups just for ScholarOne sites. This can be done by following these steps:
(1) From the Privacy tab, click the Settings button, under the Pop-up Blocker section.
(2) Under Exceptions, paste/type the link to the site in the Address of website to allow line, then click on the Add button.
2. Mac 操作系统
2.1 Mozilla Firefox 69x
菜单按钮-->偏好
选择"隐私与安全"项目.
在"权限"分组下，去掉"拦截弹出式窗口(B)"前的选择.
或者，点击"拦截弹出式窗口(B)"右边的"例外"按钮，把 http://www.manuscriptcloud.com 和 https://www.manuscriptcloud.com 加入到"网站地址(D)"中,点击"允许"，然后点击"保存更改"。

(2) Select the Privacy & Security panel.
(3) Under Permissions, uncheck the Block pop-up windows box.
Alternatively, you can leave this box checked and click the Exceptions... button. Add the relevant ScholarOne URLs you would like to access pop-ups.
2.2 Apple Safari 11x
菜单按钮-->偏好
选择"隐私与安全"项目.
在"权限"分组下，去掉"拦截弹出式窗口(B)"前的选择.
注意：该浏览器不支持把网址加入到例外列表中。
(1) From the Safari menu, click Preferences.
(2) Select the Security panel.
(3) Uncheck the Block pop-up windows box.
Please note there is no way to add specific exceptions to this pop-up blocker at this time.
2.3 Apple Safari 12x/13x
菜单按钮-->偏好
选择"网址"页，然后点击菜单左边的"弹出窗口". 在页面底部，把"当访问其他网站"设为"允许".
或者，可以在"菜单"-->"偏好"-->"网址"-->"弹出窗口"中，把网址加上，然后点击"允许".
(1) Select the Websites tab and then click on Pop-Up Windows on the left menu.
(2) At the bottom, set the option "When visiting other websites" to "Allow."
Alternatively, you can go to the Safari menu > Preferences > Websites > Pop-Up Windows. Locate the website URL in the list, then select "Allow" on the right.
2.4 Google Chrome 77x and later version
在菜单中打开"偏好"页面, 点击页面底部的"高级链接", 滚动到"隐私", 点击"站点设置"按钮。
滚动到"弹出或重定向"
点击左边的在"隐私设置和安全性"菜单，在"隐私设置和安全性"分组下，点击"网站设置", 点击"弹出式窗口和重定向"的"允许"按钮.
或者，点击"允许"右边的"添加"按钮, 把 http://www.manuscriptcloud.com 和 https://www.manuscriptcloud.com 添加上去。
2.5 Yahoo! Toolbar
(1) Locate and click the Settings icon.
(2) Uncheck the Enable Pop-Up Blocker option.
2.6 Google Toolbar
(1) Click Settings.
(2) Click Options to open the Google Toolbar Options window.
(3) Click the More tab.
(4) From the pop-up blocker section, uncheck the enable Pop-up Blocker check box.
2.7 MSN Toolbar
(1) Locate the Pop- up blocker icon and click the down arrow.
(2) Select Allow Pop-ups.
2.8 AOL Toolbar
(1) Locate the Pop-up blocker icon.
(2) Click on the icon until it says Allowed.
